Refund policy


RETURN POLICY: 

 

Products once delivered cannot be returned as cosmetic products are not re-usable due to hygiene reasons.

Products can be returned within 4 days from the date of delivery in case of damaged, incorrect or incomplete order is delivered. It can be done by writing to the support team on whatsapp: +91 63534 27852 . We would require the photos of the invoice & product(s) to further process such cases.

elwis will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer.

An unboxing video is MANDATORY for any order-related complaints.



Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
